Our milk, packaged in recyclable bottles, is sourced directly from a local farm located in Hutton. Additionally, our plastic cartons are supplied by Holme Farm Dairies. We prioritise local sourcing to ensure freshness and to support local producers.

Can I customise my order, like selecting specific quantities or delivery days?

We offer flexibility in customising your order to meet your preferences. You have the option to select specific delivery days from the three days available each week, tailored to your area. Additionally, you can specify the quantity of milk you require, whether it’s a large or small order. What sizes of milk containers do you offer?

We provide a variety of milk container sizes to accommodate different preferences and needs. Our offerings include glass pints, as well as plastic containers available in 1-pint, 1-litre, and 2-litre sizes.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging. Our glass pints are returned to the farm for cleaning and sterilization, ensuring they are reused effectively. How often do you deliver milk to customers?

Our delivery schedule offers flexibility to accommodate our customers’ needs. We provide delivery services up to three times a week, allowing you to choose the frequency that best suits your requirements. Whether it’s once, twice, or three times a week, we strive to meet your preferences and ensure timely delivery of your milk.

Do you offer any other dairy products besides milk, like cheese or yoghurt?

In addition to our milk, we provide a selection of dairy products to complement your needs. Our range includes milkshakes, farmhouse yoghurts, locally sourced cheese, butter, and cream. We aim to offer a comprehensive selection of high-quality dairy products to satisfy our customer’s preferences.

What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are from 2:00 PM until late evening, ensuring convenient access for our customers to receive their orders.

There is no minimum order requirement for delivery. You have the flexibility to order as much or as little as you desire, ensuring your needs are met without any constraints.

For instance, if plastic cartons are unavailable, we will substitute them with glass pints. However, please note that such substitutions are rare, and we strive to fulfill orders as originally requested whenever possible.
